This policy explains how Hidden Layers gets your tools to you.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed yet, we're working on it.

Shipping rates

• Free tracked shipping on every order.
• Express is available at checkout for some items; the price is shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: free tracked shipping usually arrives 6–16 days after the order ships.

Our tools ship directly from our partner warehouses, which are mostly located in Asia, so delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout. If we find we can't ship your order within the time we promised, we'll email you right away and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

• Australia and New Zealand: there are no extra import charges to pay on delivery.
• United States and Canada: your order may be subject to import duties or taxes that the carrier collects on delivery. In Canada this usually means GST/HST plus a carrier handling fee. These charges aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
